By accessing and using Theoria, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

Theoria is a chess learning application designed to help users study and practice chess openings. The app provides interactive lessons, practice modes, and progress tracking features.

PineApps reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, including the availability of any features, database, or content.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Theoria, you agree to:

• Use the app for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Not use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
• Respect the intellectual property rights of PineApps and third parties
• Not share your account credentials with others

Intellectual Property Rights

The content, features, and functionality of Theoria, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of PineApps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material in our app without our prior written consent.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Theoria is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

PineApps does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PineApps be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Theoria.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or your use of Theoria shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the app, if any.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Theoria immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Use.

Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of Theoria after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Use.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PineApps operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
